Site2Sea – Norway Through the Lens of Norway Hosted Cruise

Please review the following Terms & Conditions before making your reservation.

Cruise Reservation

This hosted group cruise is operated by Holland America Line and marketed by Site2Sea. All cruise reservations are subject to Holland America Line's Booking Conditions, Ticket Contract, and Passage Contract, which govern the cruise experience.

​

Participation in the hosted photography program is offered exclusively through Site2Sea.

Deposits & Final Payment

• A deposit is required to confirm your reservation.

• Final payment is due according to Holland America Line's published payment schedule.

• Reservations not paid in full by the final payment date may be subject to cancellation.

Cancellations (Holland America Line)

Your Norway Signature Deposit is fully reundable if cancelled prior to December 1st

 

Your cruise cancellation penalties are determined by Holland America Line's published cancellation schedule.

119-91 days before commencing travel - 75% refund of Total Cruise Price

90-61 days before commencing travel - 50% refund of Total Cruise Price

60 days or less before commencing travel - No refund available

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, interruption, medical expenses, and baggage protection.

​

Hosted Photography Program: $295.00 Per Person (X number of guests per stateroom)

This is a separate cost from your CRUISE portion of the voyage.

Your site2sea Norwegian Signature experience includes exclusivehosted activities, which may include:

• Photography presentation

• Photography discussion

• Destination briefing

• Onboard private functions and events

Itinerary Changes

Cruise itineraries are subject to change without notice due to weather, sea conditions, port availability, operational requirements, or other circumstances beyond the control of Site2Sea or Holland America Line.

Photography schedules may also be adjusted accordingly.

Photography Disclaimer

Weather, lighting conditions, wildlife sightings, and natural events cannot be guaranteed.

Every effort will be made to maximize photographic opportunities, but Site2Sea cannot guarantee specific photographic conditions or locations.

​

Fitness to Travel

Guests should be able to participate independently in walking tours and shore excursions appropriate to their chosen activities. Some ports may require tender service, walking on uneven terrain, stairs, or extended periods outdoors.

​

Responsibility

Site2Sea acts solely as an independent travel advisor and tour host. Transportation, accommodations, meals, shore excursions, and cruise operations are provided by Holland America Line and local operators.

​

Site2Sea is not liable for delays, cancellations, schedule changes, weather conditions, mechanical failures, acts of God, government actions, strikes, illness, injury, loss of personal property, or any circumstances beyond its reasonable control.

​

Travel Documents

Guests are responsible for obtaining:

• Valid passport

• Required visas

• Health documentation (if applicable)

• Any entry requirements for countries visited

Failure to possess the required documentation may result in denied boarding or denied entry without refund.

Travel Insurance -Contact site2sea for assistance

Travel insurance is strongly recommended and should include:

• Trip cancellation

• Trip interruption

• Medical coverage

• Emergency evacuation

• Lost or delayed baggage

Photography & Promotional Use

Site2Sea may photograph or record hosted activities during the voyage.

By participating, guests grant Site2Sea permission to use photographs or video in future promotional materials unless a written request to opt out is received before sailing.

​

Program Changes

Site2Sea reserves the right to substitute hosts, speakers, or presenters if circumstances require.

Should the featured photographer or host become unavailable due to illness or unforeseen events, every effort will be made to provide an appropriate replacement. Such substitutions do not constitute grounds for cancellation or refund.

​

Hosted Group Requirement

The hosted photography program is based on achieving a minimum number of participants. If the minimum participation level is not met, Site2Sea reserves the right to modify or cancel the hosted program and issue a refund for the $495 deposit. In such an event, guests may retain their Holland America cruise reservation under the cruise line's standard terms or be offered alternative arrangements.

 

Acceptance

Payment of a deposit constitutes acceptance of the site2sea Norway Explorer Tour as well of the Terms and Conditions as set forth by Holland America Line's Cruise Contract.
